Not immaculate, but fairly clean. Nice staff. If you want to get to the lake you *can* walk, but it's a boring walk so I'd recommend driving to the free parking by the beach. It's a good place to stay if you want to visit the island or national park. (It's about 13 minutes to drive to the national park.) 7/11 next door for coffee & snacks. Lots of big stores nearby and restaurants. The price was better than other accommodations in Leamington. Room had a fridge and microwave. I'd stay here again.
Simple, basic and very clean. Park right outside the door. Very, very quiet and the bed was comfy. Nice hosts. Small, just passing through, rooms and larger ones with kitchenettes for longer stays. Super good price. I'll stay again when in Leamington. NO bugs.
It's close to everything, stores, restaurants, attractions,parks, and the beach. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Room cleaning service is available every day. The only thing was there were no dressers for clothes, so that is why I gave it 4 stars.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Got a better room than I was told on the phone without any additional cost. The room was clean and spacious. There's also a 7/11 right around the corner, pretty convenient.
The motel looks a little tired from the road but my room was spacious , comfortable , quiet and very clean. and bed was comfortable . Wi Fi and internet worked , you have to get right one with Capitals On a hot day you may want to ask the owner to turn the A.C. on , took two hours to cool down , but it did the job . Highly recommend for quiet overnight stay . The motel deserves a very good review.
The place to stay in Leamington!!! I recently stayed here for 6 weeks while looking for an apartment after moving to Leamington. The rooms are recently renovated and the motel is kept very clean. The owner was a delight to deal with. The prices are reasonable and very competitive for the area. The only negative that I can think to mention is that the wifi connection is not always great. I highly recommend picking this motel when you’re in the area.
A very clean, decent and pocket friendly motel run by an old couple. Very well designed rooms , big enough king size beds. Better to stay here if you're visiting for a night or two rather than spending double the amount for a quality inn or any other nearby options. Trust me the money saved will be worth for something else.( Food from Sree Swagruha) Don't go by the looks of it from outside
If you're looking for a economically priced place to stay that is clean and centrally located, look no further. This Motel is a great place to stay, and right next to the really cool Heinz smoke stack. There's a Domino's Pizza right across the street and an amazing bakery within a 3min walk. Going to Point Pelee? This Motel is only 15-20min away with a Tim Hortons on the way. :) The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the owner was friendly when I checked in. Rooms have a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker.
